Provide periodic reporting to Claims Operations Senior leaders.Track action items and deliverables and ensure delivery of items in a timely manner.Research and understand client specific needs.Stay abreast of regulatory requirements related to employee welfare benefit plans, FML and State leave regulations, STD and LTD contract provisions, and Matrix/RSL specific processes and practices.Participate in internal meetings with business partners to provide consultative support in the identification of process gaps and enhancement opportunities.Collaborate with internal claim functions to identify service opportunities.Act as a liaison to facilitate the resolution of Client submitted inquiries between - Sales, AM, Producers, Clients and Claims to drive positive customer experiences.Assist with the compilation of Client facing reference materials specific to claim policies, processes and procedures.Assist with new client implementations as needed.Assist with renewals and stewardship meetings as needed.Represent the claim organization at pre-sale and finalist meetings.Job Responsibilities and Requirements Duties & Responsibilities
